We invite poster presentations that address issues related to obesity. The best poster will be awarded with 500 Euro. Abstract submission opens in November 2013 and is free of charge. Submission final date is 16 May 2014.
All abstracts will be peer reviewed by two independent reviewers. The possible decisions are; approved, approved with reservations or not approved. We evaluate the abstracts based on scientific and methodological soundness, not on subjective determinations of impact, novelty or interest.
You will receive a decision via e-mail within two weeks after submission. Abstracts should be submitted by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please use the abstract submission template. Maximum 250 words (title, introduction, methods, results, and conclusion), Arial font 10, single spaced.
The posters will be exhibited all three days, and the authors will be introduced at the first day. Posters should be PORTRAIT (please don't prepare a landscape poster) and don't not have a word limit. The poster size should not exceed 90 cm (width) x 150 cm (height). Inclusion of a photo of the main author on the poster would be appreciated.
With the author’s permission, we will publish the accepted abstracts on this website (open access).
