We publish proceedings (abstracts) that have been satisfactory presented at "The Complexity of Obesity Conferences" or related events. The proceedings are archived on Figshare.

unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original author and source are credited.
All abstracts are peer reviewed before the conferences. The possible decisions are; approved, approved with reservations or not approved.
Besides the guidelines that apply to the specific conferences, we evaluate the abstracts based on scientific and methodological soundness, not on subjective determinations of impact or novelty.
All presentations at the conferences are oral including either a poster or slide presentation (PowerPoint etc.).
The decision to publish an abstract is made after the conference, and requires besides the accepted abstract, that the scientific work is satisfactory presented at the conference by one of its
An abstract may have to undergo a final revision before final approval and publication, based on issues that are discovered during the conference.
An author may choose to present their work at our conferences, but not to publish it afterwards in our online-proceedings.
Note also that the editor-in-cheif or members of the editorial board may submitt an abstract to the conferences, as peer review is always handled independently of the author/editor.
